Before joining Farmers Cooperative in April of 2023, I worked for GROWMARK for 2-1/2 years and Southern States Cooperative for 27 years. I have a wide and diverse career path that led me to Farmers Cooperative. I lead the Business Operations at Farmers, which include accounting, finance, marketing, IT and HR. When not at work I enjoy playing softball and most of all spending time with my wife and daughter on our horse Farm in Powhatan. I’m also a proud USMC Veteran.

I started with Farmers Cooperative as an Agronomy Sales Manager in September 2021 after a 17 year career with Southern States and Evergro Cooperative. I worked my way through college on my family farm and graduated from Virginia Tech in 2002 with a BS Agronomy degree which helped prepare me for my current career. I enjoy advising farmers on new products and technology that will help them succeed.Outside of work I have a wonderful wife and four children with whom I spend most of my time with. I love family trips to the beach, hunting and fishing with my children, and working on my 250 acre grain farm that we own and operate.

Before joining Farmers Cooperative in 2025, I managed a sign company and was a real estate investor. My background prepared me for my current role in Business Accounting and Marketing. Overseeing our marketing efforts to grow the brand in time with our business expansion is my goal. I enjoy producing marketing materials to help aid in our customers’ success. Outside of work I enjoy working on our cattle farm in Cumberland, spending time with family and my dog McKenna.

Andrew
I currently serve as an Agronomy Sales Manager here at Farmers Cooperative. I originally grew up on a diversified family farm nestled on the hillsides of Piney River, Virginia, where we raised fruit, nursery crops, and beef cattle. After attending Virginia Tech and earning a degree in Agribusiness, life took me to Shenandoah Valley. It was there that I immersed myself in the cooperative business, serving as a Sales Representative for a local cooperative. In 2019 I got married to Leighanne, and moved to her hometown of Red House, Virginia. It was then that I started working for Farmers Cooperative. I thoroughly enjoy making farmers more profitable through utilizing the latest tools available to us to make the most informed decisions. Leighanne and I have two kids, Eller (3) and Georgia, who we welcomed in May of 2025. Outside of work you can find me enjoying time with family and friends, hunting, and fishing.

I value clear communication, professionalism, and dependable follow-through, and I take pride in creating an environment where people feel supported and confident in their work. Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending meaningful time with my family, who continue to inspire both my personal and professional growth.
